How to Create your Blog using Blogger in less than 5 minutes, (Comprehensive Guide)

A blog is a shared Online Journal, where people can post daily entries about their personal experiences and hobbies. Becoming a Blogger means that you must keep your blog running as well as Updating your blog on a regular basis.

A thousand and one persons have it in mind to own a blog, since it has been proven to be a potential source of making annual revenue. But these persons don't know how to go about it. One thing that comes to mind is that, one would need to attain special coding skills to be able to own a blog or even pay a sum to a web designer to design or build a blog for you.

Hence the reason for this post as the answer to those thoughts are right on this post. All you have to do is stick with me as I walk you through the simple step by step guide for you to keep your blogging aspirations alive.

 

How to setup your blog using Blogger Blogspot:

Here it goes, Easy-peasy lemon squeezy!!

First step: Create a Gmail account. If you already got one, that's fine.

Second step:  On your favorite browser (Google Chrome preferably) visit www.blogger.com

Third step: Click 'create your Blog' icon as shown above.

Fourth step: The next page allows you to login to your email account using your login details as shown below.

Click next to enter your password on the next page.

Fifth step: Click next to Enter the name of your Blog. This is the name that will be displayed at the top of your Blog. See below:

Sixth step:  Now enter the unique URL you want without '.com' e.g "Emjaysbloggg" . Blogger will automatically add ".Blogspot.com." It becomes "Emjaysbloggg.blogspot.com". This web address is how people will find your blog Online. see below;

Seventh step: Confirm your Blog name in the next page and click finish to create your blog.

Voila!!! Congratulations as you have successfully created your blog. Click on New post to create your first post. Ensure you have a specific topic you want to blog about and make sure your posts are original. This will enable Google to accept your Google adsense application in the future so you can monetize your blog.

 

Scroll down and click on view blog to view your blog.

                                    

                                   

This is what people see when they visit your blog.

     

Once you publish your first post, it appears on your blog and it can be accessible globally via your unique URL. You can begin sharing your unique URL to friends and family.
