Samsung is set to unveil its next foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 10, 2024. Numerous leaks and rumors have provided insights into their appearance, features, and pricing, though more information may still emerge.

Recently, both models received certification from Secure MIIT, confirming their dual-SIM 5G capabilities. This certification indicates that Samsung is in the final stages of getting the devices approved for global release.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, offering improved performance and efficiency over their predecessors. The new models will have a more modern, boxier design and reduced display creases. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 will upgrade to a 50MP primary camera and a 4,000mAh battery, while the Galaxy Z Fold 6 will retain the same cameras and battery as the Galaxy Z Fold 5.
