Apple is set to re-launch its HomePod Mini in a new Midnight black color, aligning it with the second-generation HomePod that also comes in the same shade. This new Midnight black is almost identical to the previously available Space Gray.

Aside from the color update, the HomePod Mini remains unchanged since its original 2020 release. It boasts "big sound" from its compact 3.3-inch tall frame, capable of filling a room or an entire house when used with multiple units. The exterior features a transparent mesh made from recycled materials and a backlit touch surface on top.
The Midnight HomePod Mini retains its ability to control other smart home devices via Siri, enabling users to create automations, receive smoke alarm notifications, check room temperatures, and more, all hands-free.
