Google’s new line of Pixel 9 phones is no longer a secret, thanks to a leak from Taiwan’s National Communications Commission (NCC). The commission released comprehensive photos of the phones, including the Pixel 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL, and 9 Pro Fold, showcasing them from almost every angle.
Android Authority discovered these photos in the NCC archives and uploaded detailed galleries of each model, revealing several intriguing features about the upcoming Pixel phones. Notably, the Pixel 9 series will see an increase in charging rates compared to previous generations: 24.12W for the base model, 25.20W for the Pro, and 32.67W for the 9 Pro XL. However, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will charge at a slower rate of 20.25W. These figures are typically lower than advertised ratings, so Google may present higher numbers during their official launch event.
In terms of chargers, the NCC photos indicate that Google will include a more powerful wall charger, approximately 45W, with each phone. The plug has been repositioned from the middle to the top of the charger brick.

The leak also offers a first look at the Pixel 9 Pro Fold in its unfolded state. Enhancements include relocating the selfie camera to the inside screen for a broader field of view, slimmer top and bottom bezels, a reduced crease in the display, and a full 180-degree unfolding angle, resulting in a screen size just under 10 inches (approximately 250mm).
These images are part of an extensive series of leaks surrounding the Google Pixel 9 phones. Just yesterday, another leak revealed prototype models of the base and XL versions. Given the frequency of these leaks, Google might want to consider upgrading the security measures for its unreleased devices.
