Programme Overview

This 24-month fixed-term programme is designed to develop critical management skills and provide in-depth organizational knowledge. It aims to foster a culture of continuous learning, supporting seamless management transitions in line with CcHub's succession planning.

Participants may be required to travel depending on project or programme needs.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial tools like QuickBooks and Zoho.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and meticulousness.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Learning Agility: Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Good skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, project-based environment, ideally in a multinational company.
