The University of Leicester is pleased to offer the Chevening-Leicester Partner Scholarship for the 2025-26 academic year. Since 2013, the University of Leicester has proudly hosted over 60 Chevening Scholars from around the world. For the 2025-26 academic year, the university will offer two fully funded scholarships, providing comprehensive financial support to ensure that scholars can focus on their studies.

• Apply for or be enrolled in a one-year taught master’s program within the College of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, or the School of Geography, Geology, and the Environment, starting in September 2025.
• Meet the standard Chevening requirements, which include:
• Committing to return to your home country for at least two years after completing your studies.
• Holding an undergraduate degree that qualifies you for postgraduate study in the UK.
• Having a minimum of two years (equivalent to 2,800 hours) of work experience.
