Oze, a prominent business management platform for SMEs in Africa, has joined forces with the African Development Bank (AfDB) and Dare to Innovate (DTI) to roll out a virtual training program aimed at empowering over 4500 business owners across Ghana, Guinea, and the Benin Republic. 

This collaboration is designed to provide African entrepreneurs with the vital skills needed to excel in today’s highly competitive business landscape.

Comprehensive Training Curriculum Tailored for African SMEs

The free training program specifically targets African business owners, with a particular focus on those managing micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). 

The curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to address the unique challenges faced by these businesses. Key topics covered include emotional resilience, financial management, and channel diversification. The training offers practical tools and strategies that participants can apply to improve their business operations and sustainability.

Certification and Additional Benefits for Graduates

Participants who successfully complete the program will be awarded a free certificate, signifying their enhanced expertise and dedication to professional growth. In addition to the certification, graduates will also receive a 6-month free Gold subscription to Oze. 

This subscription provides access to advanced features on the Oze platform, further supporting the growth and development of their businesses.
